Emotional

I went out lunch with some senior staffs today. They have been working in the company for more than 5 years. During lunch, they talked about another colg who is also a very senior staff. This particular staff (XX) is a real emotional creature. During most meetings XX attend, XX would cari gaduh. And then XX will cry too. And very petty too. If someone offends XX, or have some different opinions during meeting, XX would not talk to that person for maybe up to 1 year or 1.5 years...Gosh!
Also, XX likes to complain, XX will complain to direct superior and talk non stop on matters don't even related to her. And XX put emotion to the topic, and start crying in front of the superior!
Luckily I have not much contact with this XX... (touch wood)
