Toilet Toilet I Love You

Working in a product development field is a real world of excitement for me. My past working experiences involved only skincare ,from raw materials to manufacturing then to finished product development. But in my current company we have more things to be developed besides skincares.
For example, whenever Hari Raya approaches, my colg's project is to come out and launch some cookies, then we are invited to be her panel testers. If the company wants to launch some beverages, we too be the 1st one to try. Same case goees to other products as well. And of course after each test and trial, we have to fill up the survey forms.
Recently we are the previledge group to try the bidet (another project) in out dept toilet.

The directions for use was pasted behind the door

Some of my colgs cannot accept such concept, and not willing to try. For me, after the cleaner finished cleaning the toilet, I was the first one to use it, Now, I can have chance to "lepak" in the toilet and enjoy some "massage at the bottom" plus some "wind blowing there" ......... bwahahahahahah!

Oats & Grains

Recently I am into oat & grains.

For breakfast if I do not feel like eating those chinese hawker or malay/mamak style kind of food, I shall then take oats. I pack this to the office for a 2-days-consumption.
Left - oats ; Right - oats with grains
I like to add milk powder and raisins into my oat cereal. If I find it too bland, then I will add some honey too. I always like to keep small containers at home, they are so portable, I can utilise these containers and pack whatever food I want from home. I recyle the cute glass bottle for honey.

My morning oat cereal

Meanwhile for dinner, I also eat oats but in salty version. At night, I used those oats which need to be cooked. (Morning I used instant oats).
This was what I ate for the past 2 days. I cook the oat porridge with some achovies powder, top up with scramble eggs and vegetarian mushroom floss. Simple dinner, all done in 5 mins. Healthy and yum yum too. Oh even Bb-G likes it, I share share a bit with her.

Tonight maybe I will add some minced meat and vege into my oat porridge....

Xiao Bin Bin, Xiao Xiao Bin, Bb-G ...

Recently when I showed some photos to my colgs, they said Bb-G resembles Xiao Bin Bin, a starchild back in 1980s.

Yup, during my childhood, I watched his show before. He was very cute and chubby. He has two good Hong Kong/Cantonese old movies which I enjoyed and could remember until now – the 1st one, acted together with Alan Tam who was the Fortune Deity, I think It was Gong Xi Fa Cai; and the second movie was acted together with Sam Hui (Xu Guan Jie) whom Xiao Bin Bin was his son, Sam Hui and his wife (in this movie) were separated, Xiao Bin Bin and his grandfather trying ways to patch back the parents.

This movie was very touching. I even shed tears when I watched it.

Then recently Xiao Xiao Bin pulak becomes very famous, especially after the Taiwanese drama Autumn’s Concerto. He is the son of Xiao Bin Bin and indeed he inherits his father’s child look!

Adult Xiao Bin Bin carried his child Xiao Xiao Bin

I haven’t watched Autumn’s Concerto, but heard that it is a good series to follow.

Anyway, this is the photo colg said Bb-G looks like Xiao Bin Bin. Haha!

These are some photos taken at my parents-in-law’s house during Uncle TH’s pre-wedding night. Bb-G could really posed in front of camera, she entertained the people around her with her many actions and smiles. (Yes, Bb-G automatically will fine tune to her best poises in front of cameras, when she knows someone is taking her photos, she will just pose and pose, smile and smile, and always come with lots of expressions!)

I like this picture, Bb-G suddenly approached to the meditation chair of my father-in-law. She just sat there and let Papa-M's cousin freely snapped her photos.

Hmmm maybe one day my daughter has the potential to become a starchild....then I am the starmother.. hahaha … hope my dream comes true ..LOL!!!!!

The Room

Eversince Papa-M and me redecorated and restructure the furniture in Bb-G’s room, Bb-G and me love to “lepak” there. Most of the time after dinner, I always bring her to the room to have some fun. Sometimes, we even dozed off there until Papa-M reached home and woke us up. In some way, I realized that nowadays kids are very blissful. Parents now are more willing to provide extras for their children. Well, me too. I never thought I would do so much for Bb-G – took effort to shop for wall stickers, hanging decos, decorate her room…etc… And when I see her many faces in the room, I feel very much contented!

She loves the sealion's ball. One time she kissed the ball too hard till she hurt her teeth which caused the gum to bleed !

In this photo, she looks like the fish

I sacrificed one of my kitchen utensils, the ice cube scoop. Now it becomes Bb-G's favourite toy.

Cheeky face

This is the way she says "sorry". She beat me with her toys, I asked her to apologize.

Nowadays she understand what is "SMELLY" all about. I let her sniff her soiled diaper.

Self Feeding

Yesterday was Winter Solstice. Lazy to go out for a dinner, hence, I asked Papa-M to pack food back and we ate at home. Sometimes I am very scared to ask Papa-M to “dabao”, he is an “extreme” kindof person who will buy lots of food back, eventhough there are only 2 of us at home. I told him I want to eat Hokkien style yee mee, and to share with him, since normally the portion could be quite large for one person. End up, these were on the table – Cantonese style keow tiau, claypot chicken rice and the yee mee that I requested.

3 of us ate together on the dining table. And it was my first time to let Bb-G self feed. I think it is the time for her to explore some new skill.

I gave her the soft kueh tiau

Yum Yum

Almost finishing her food

No more

After we finished the dinner, I had a hard time to clear her mess. She refused to let go of her bowl. Grabbed and pulled tightly, then she cried.

It was even difficult to take her out from the chair, she struggled until this stage. I dono want to laugh or angry at her ??? So hard to change her dirty clothes!

Papa-M laughed and had promised to let her self feed again tonight... Really spoiling her.

Then, dessert of the night, tang yuen with peanut filling. My littel ahmoi who finally calmed down couldn't wait to eat too !

Rock The Carrier

One day Papa-M took out the baby carrier from his car. He put in Bb-G’s room. Surprisingly, even until now at 15months old , Bb-Gl can still fit into it. The baby carrier is actually quite small, meant for 0-12 months.
She excitedly wanted to sit in it.
I rocked her, she soooo happy!

After a while….....

.Can’t wait to get out !

What Is The Date ???

December is a busy month for me, and I eventually forgot my wedding anniversary. (Papa-M who is more sentimental than me can always remember significant dates )But the funny thing is, it was my colg who reminded me to celebrate my wedding anniversary! Haha, that is because her son’s birthday = my wedding day = Dec 16th.
I felt guilty when she reminded me, thereafter I immediately sms Papa-M, and I typed something like that – come back early today, we celebrate ya! And I got his reply which he said – celebrate wat?? See, Papa-M forgot the date too! Therefore I don’t feel guilty anymore.
Anyway, we dined out on that day. Papa-M requested a Korean cuisine, We went to our favourite restaurant.
The food we took.

Porridge for Bb-G.

Nowadays it is difficult to bring Bb-G out for meals. She cannot sit still in the chair anymore.

When she was in the high chair, she kept standing up, just couldnt sit tightly. She even pulled a customer's hair who sat behind her. Gosh!
Papa-M also cannot "tahan" his mishievious little girl!

Key & Washing Machine

Recently Bb-G has developed some new skills. When she sees us doing something, she will follow. This is what she likes to do now.

Whenever she has keys with her, she will "try" to open the door.

She is digging and digging the hole on the wooden door, immitating the way we unlock the door.

She is always there with me when I am doing the laundry. Therefore she loves the washing machine very much until she wants to climb into it... DANGEROUS!!!
