One of the days in last week was Bb-G's lunar birthday. We did not celebrate, but I just merely made her a red full boiled egg.

I told her to crack the egg on her own (to show that she had grown up). Well, I did pamper her with a lunar birthday gift - a pair of purple sunnies! Papa-M said I spoilt "his" child wor...Ceh.....

Soybean Instant Noodles

Yesterday night when I reached home from work, I didn’t know what to eat for my dinner. I searched my kitchen wardrobe and fridge, then decided to cook a packet of instant noodles.
However after I ripped off the plastic pack, I realized the expiry date was 1st October, and the seasoning had already hardened. So I decided not to use the seasoning. I went to the fridge again, looking for any interesting seasoning that I could use and ended up , this was my dinner.

I boiled the noodles until soft, then drained away the water, put aside. Next I found a tub of spicy XO sauce and some leftover of unsweetened soybean drink from the fridge. I pour the soybean into the pot, then put some XO sauce, let it boiled, then put in fishballs and meatballs. Put noodles back to the pot and cooked till the balls are fully cook. Sprinkled some salt for taste. I never expected that it turned up to be quite delicious! Something like laksa lemak, but without santan…consider healthy isn't it..?

Yogurt

Being a yogurt lover, I introduced yogurt to Bb-G too. Saw Calciyum from the advertisment many many times, and wondered how it tastes like. Bought some back and let Bb-G tried, surprisingly she like it very much.
So Calciyum now is one of her after-bath snacks.

A Blue Dress

When I read my Seremban friend's blog about her daughter wearing a handmade dress, I just liked this photo. To me, she does not look like a 3-year-old, she is just like a young lady making a sweet birthday wish .."oooo how I wish I have a young handsome boyfren ...." ^_^

last Friday Papa-M helped me to collect a parcel from the post office. (I was not at home when the postman came).
When I opened the envelope, I saw a similar handmade dress worn by MNHL’s daughter (XJ) and it was a blue one. I was so eager and immediately wore on Bb-G, thinking that she may pose like XJ, making a birthday wish ..!

Out of my expectation, she did a traditional Korean bow pulak!

Bb-G is currently at a stage of showing her interest in drawing, or should I say scribbling? ha!

Papa-M pampered Bb-G by getting her a set of white + black board. Because she is still too young, I disallow her to use chalks and blackboard. She can only assess to white board markerpen and strictly use it under my supervision. It is too risky to let her draw on her own, in case she goes overboard, all my walls will be full of her art!

She told me she was drawing "AEYOPEN" (aeroplane)

Swimming With Popo

My parents came over the weekend. Main reason - mother miss BB-G so much and wanted to see and hug hug her! haha
Both nenek and cucu had some fun in the swimming pool. Mother was sporting, she said she wanted to swim, so I let Bb-G swim with her on Saturday evening...
What a great bonding!

6 -9 Months ....

One day when I was clearing up my daughter's mini closet I found a romper, a friend bought this for Bb-G when was a newborn. I kept in her closet for so long and never let her wear because the size is kinda large for her. Until yesterday, I took it out and let her wear before going out for breakfast with my parents.

Baby romper meant for a 6-9 months....

Can only fit Bb-G at age 23 months ...

Hah...most of her clothes can still fit her very well despite the sizes are in a range from 6- 12 months. Just that certain long sleeves shirts and pants are slightly too short, and all I only need is to buy her some new pyjamas.

Next month Bb-G will be officially 2 years old. Time flies REAL fast.
Some jot down of her achievement ...
1) she knows numbers (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,14) Why skip 11,12 & 13 and she knows 14? Because my brother stays at floor 14 at the same condo...haha

2) She knows colours - green, blue, pink, yellow, red, black, white, red, silver, purple. I always like to ask her this whenever I pick her in my car.
Me: Mummy drive wat car?
Bb-G: Beack car (black car)
Me: Papa drive wat car?
Bb-G : Silber car (silver car)
Me: Bb has wat car?
Bb-G : Car seat only lar...(and she point at her car seat)
Hahaha... each time i feel so funny when she say she only has a car seat ^_^

3) She knows animals - cat, dog, duck, elephant, snake, bird, frog, lion, bear, rabbit, fish, tiger, monkey, DORAEMON AND BARNEY !

4) She knows fork, spoon, bowl, plate, cup. Sister always come to my house during the weekend, and she always use a particular cup to fill up her drinking water. So whenever sister is not around, and I used that cup, Bb-G will tell me that is her Ahyi's cup.

5) she can eat or accept rice, but the rice must really really soggy and soupy, if it is just normal dry rice with dishes, she will spit out. Anyway, she just loves porridge.

6) She sings at home, but cannot understand her language. She likes to dance when listen to certain songs. She enjoys watching adults TV show, eg, Korean show, HK TVB and Sporean series. When she gets excited when watching such show, she will mimic the act of the actors/actresses. She carries away easily when she watches fighting movies, end up I will always get her punch!

A Cap Or "Gai-gai" ?

After playing with towel and baby swaddle, Bb-G no longer show interest in both anymore, she is into CAP now.
Yes, a REAL cap.
Last weekend when we went out for dinner, we saw a RM2 shop. We went into that shop and the very 1st few things caught Bb-G's heart were a pile of caps on the shelf. She kept saying "hat hat hat". Okielar, since it was only RM2 per piece, I bought one for her.
Nowadays when she wakes up, she will remember her cap.

But when I said the magic word "Gai-Gai", she will immediately threw away her cap and wore her sandals, getting ready to go out from the house. See, she was still in her pyjamas, on wet diaper, had not washed up, had not brush teeth, but already so "gan jiong" to go out, totally forgetting her cap !

Johnson's Babies

As much as I hated June, I don't like July either. too much work to settle and I don't have the mood to blog..Anyway, August should be a fine month for me, as I can be more relax and start to post my stories online agaim ^_^

Few months ago, Bb-G liked to play with towel, and she enjoyed putting towel on her head, and she would say that was her hat ..just like this

One of the nights I managed to dig out a baby swadle, Bb-G was so excited and she began to play with it on her head.

(Sideetrack a bit)..Augusat is indeed a good month,end of the month in-laws would be here to clelbrate father-in-law's birthday, sister-in-law will be here with her newborn, then, my hometown friend is going to kahwin, childhood friends would be there for her wedding and old girls gathering..oh yah! Bb-G's birthday is on the 1st Sept, can celebrate togehter with my parents and friends when I am back to hometown. by the way, MNHL, both your kiddos are Sept babies, want to co-join the fun in advance??? SP, are you back for the wedding? See..August is a nice month rite ..?
