Satisfy

I am currently working on a series of skin products which help to whiten and make skin more even and radiance. Had been doing this for so long that finally managed to get good products with good results.
One part of my job is to run panel tests. I have to find some suitable panelists , i.e., their skins must be suitable to use a certain range of products. This is also to make sure that the final results obtained would be positive. (can't ask a young acne skin to use anti-aging products ; or shouldn’t let a person without pigment to use an anti-pigment cream)

Today when I was compiling my results, surprisingly and amazingly to know that a panelist who has been continuing using my products for almost 3 months has significantly had her dark spots and pigmentation reduced.
I am very happy for her too, and she is very glad to get such results since her skin has such problem since many years ago. However, the panel test has end. I no longer have extra samples to provide her usage. She has to wait until the company launch the product by next year.
Sometimes after putting much time and effort on a project, and when the results produced are positive, there is always a sense of satisfaction in me .....

Drawer

My daddy and mummy bought something back from Tesco.

They want to organize my toys

I have 2 favourite drawers - this one mummy keeps my books
This drawer is strictly used under adult's supervision, or else I will end up tearing and chewing up all the books.

Another one is a mix of toys

I no longer have any interest with my mini laundry basket. I like to sit inside this drawer.

Once I am inside, I start to throw my toys out

End of the day, it becomes like this. Mummy scold-scold, say I very naughty, and she needs to clear the mess

The next day, mummy put me in the jail

Mummy, let me out pleeeeaaasssssseee

Mummy say CANNOT!

Never mind, I can still throw my toys in the jail.. kekekekekekeke! Mummy still need to "zap" heheheheheheheheh!

Soup With Fruit

Father-in-law who came last week not only bought lots of oranges and apples, he also bought some bitter gourds and one pineapple. His intention was to make juices while he stayed in my place. However he went back home in the north after his Melaka/Seremban trip.

I am ok with orange juice, finished squeezing all the oranges in the fridge. A bit lazy to make apple juice, therefore I cut into small pieces and eat with Bb-G. As for the pineapple and bittergourd combination, I think I cannot accept the taste. Furthermore I am not a pineapple lover. After much thoughts, instead of juicing both of them together, why not I cook both in a soup, afterall I am a soup lover. Not sure how the taste would be, anyway, just use a bit of my "画出味道" (hua chu wei dao) "talent" to make this concoction.
(another quote from my favourite drama - Da Chang Jin ^_^)

I cut the pineapple and bittergourds into fairly big sizes.

I would prefer to drink pork rib soup, but since no pork, I replaced with chicken. Cut the chicken into chunks too. I could actually cook under the stove but I used my slow cooker instead. At least by the next morning the soup would be ready and I could bring over to my office.
Then to enhance the flovour, I guess some red dates and honey dates with few dried scallops may do the work.
I arranged all ingredients in the pot, top up with water, added some salt and let it cook overnight.

By early in the morning, around 6+, I was awaken by very strong pineapple aroma filled up the whole house. I could even smell it from my air-conditioned bedroom. It was super amazing and aromatic. This made me eagerly went to the kitchen and checked my soup. Waa... I felt like drinking it immediately!

I brought some to my colgs, and they liked it too. One of them said it was soothing. Maybe due to the bittergourds which can reduce heatiness.
Papa-M is not a soup fan. Usually when I cook soup at home, I have to constantly remind him to drink when he is back from work. HOwever, for this time he reheated the soup by himself and gobbled up everything without me telling him anything at all....^_^

Pony Tails

Yesterday, Nanny's daughter, SL, took some photos of the babies at home . She even helped to "decorate" Bb-G's head, tied 2 pony tails at 2 sides. I never even did that to Bb-G before!
I think next time SL's daughter sure very pretty with different hairstyles everyday ^_^

Three cuties. I wonder what made SL's son so happy and laughed until couldn't see his eyes. The little boy next to Bb-G is about 6 months I think, but same size (or like bigger) than Bb-G who is 13 months old. Bb-G, 加油! 加油!Must eat more!

Bb-G still wants and pesters nanny to put her into the car walker. Nanny said she wants to run. @_@
(The one at my house already kept in the store room...)

The Simplest Toy

Bb-G likes to follow me around at home. Whenever I go, she will follow. For eg, when I go to the kitchen, she will be there. When I wash my hand in the toilet, she will be there. And when I am doing my laundry, she is just next to me standing by the washing machine. So once I put her clothes into the machine, I would let her have the mini laundy basket (specially to put her clothings).
Then she happily bringing out the basket to the living room, sits in it, watch TV in it and even rocks in it. The most simple way to keep her entertained, for at least 15 mins WITHOUT disturbing me. Then she never bother to touch the basket at all. Repeat this the next day...Maybe one day she will get bored, and think I need to use another bigger basket with different colour ^_^

Japan Match Italy

Yesterday, with colgs, we went to the mall for lunch.
I know this restaurant but never try the food before – Pasta Zanmai.
It is a mix of Japanese + Italian cuisines . For me it is quite creative, but the food served and the concept more towards mass market and sort of a fast food type, not gourmet.

Some food that we had.

Pasta with unagi and raw egg

Sushi alike popiah. Taste good.

Nabeyaki pasta.

Fried chicken garlic rice. Colg commented the rice was not aromatic enough.

This was what I ate, squids & prawns cream sauce pasta. The seafood was a bit too tough for me, maybe they cooked too long. Freshness was still ok. Pasta not creamy enough to my liking. Overall, 60%.

Grilled chicken pasta. Lots of seaweed. With semi cooked egg lay on top. Something interesting. Tasty, flavourful and most of all, crunchy.

Sandwiches

Sometimes, my dinner could be as light as having some pieces of sandwiches, compliment with a glass of milk or fruit juice.
Father-in-law came over for some business purpose, mother-in-law didn't follow him, she wants to accompany Papa-M's grandma.
On Saturday, FIL went to a hypermarket nearby our house and bought lots of fruits, high fibre biscuits and breads. On Sunday he left to Seremban and Melaka. So in order not to waste the whole loaf of wholemeal bread, I made tuna sandwiches and keep in the fridge.

When I was still studying in uni, my mother really loves my sandwiches. Whenever I was at home during vacation, she surely would buy can tuna, mayonnaise, mixed veges and breads, then requested me to make for her. Must make a lot so that she could keep in the fridge for 1-2 days consumption. If she wanted to vist my relatives in her "kampong", she would also want me to prepare the sandwiches, so that my uncles and aunties could eat too. And her order was - must put gao-gao tuna inside the breads!

During my last trip back to hometown (Hari Raya), I made some egg mayo sandwiches. Honestly, my mom never tried before, and she lovessssss it soooooo much. So EVERYDAY also wanted me to make for her. Same case - must have lots of eggs between the breads!

Anyway, my dinner for last night was a cup of fresh orange juice and tuna sandwich. I like my sandwiches with lots of crunchy lettuce.

Using an electric citrus juicer to extract the juice, fast and convenient.
