Cloth Diaper

Bb-G now is 100% fully on cloth diapers at home. Since some time ago, I already started to let her wear cloth diaper at night to sleep. Previously before bedtime I changed her with a disposable diaper thinking that the diaper could support her urine over the night. But one day, I was thinking to give it a try on cloth diaper. I inserted 2 pads instead of one piece which I normally do in the day time. Amazingly, when I took off the cloth diaper in the morning, it was still clean and dry on the contact surface. No redness, no rashes. The inner pads were equally wet, but not soaked. Which means if I only put one pad, it may not be able to absorb the high volume of urine, and the contact surface may get wet.

the inner pads

Eversince then, I only use disposables when we go out. Bb-G also wears cloth diaper at nanny's place. Washing was not a big issue too. What I do is to soak the dirty pads and diaper pants into diluted dettol solution at the day time. By end of the day before I go to bed, I just dumped everything in the washing machine and let it do the job. The next morning I hang under the sun. Surprisingly the pants can dry very fast, as for pads, they may require some time due to the thickness. But overall, if the weather is hot, with full sunshine, they can dry fast too. If not, if I hang immediately after wash, both pants and pads are dry by the next morning.

Anyway, I am very happy to realise that I actually have not beeen buying disposable diapers for quite some time, really saved lots of money! Think my last purchase was during January..... Really love this cloth diaper very much! And thanks to the person who invented this fabulous idea!

But one funny thing is, Bb-G's little butt always look very round and fluffy due to the extra pad ^_^

My 100th Post

Ah...! Never realise that I had written 100 posts til to date. Wah, it is so much fun to blog. And can always keep in touch with friends and family. Can update each other with our daily life. Woohooo!

Bb-G Goes Picnic

Last Sunday we went to a park for picnic. The park is quite huge, with pavillions, manmade lake (with some koi fishes and turtles whereby we can feed them) and also children playground. Very suitable for family outings, for eg., flying kites, riding bikes, jogging, etc..
However, I still feel that Malaysian climate is too hot for any outdoor activities. And that evening it was not windy at all, very humid eventhough without hot sunshine.
Luckily I choose this pair of little holes dress for Bb-G.

We sat under a tree, but still very hot, no breeze at all. Bb-G was sweating, her hair very wet. Couldn't take any picture of her wearing the headband.

Very lucky too as I brought along the battery mini fan.

Little Moo Moo

Bb-G with her Little Moo Moo.

1. Hi, I am going to school

2. See my Cat Cat headband and Moo Moo back pack

3. I want to crawl with my Moo Moo
Too heavy ...
Mummy....help me....

4. I love my Little Moo Moo
Kiss kiss MUUAAAKKK!

Play Gym

Ever since Bb-G learns her new technique of sitting, she never wants us to put her on the bed and lie down. She will scream and shout loudly, asking us to let her sit. If not she will start to cry. Very very bad temper.

My brother bought this play gym for Bb-G even before she was borned. I kept it for quite some time because realise that Bb-G can't really know how to play or handle it. But now, it is very useful. This is how I handle her when she throws her temper.

And sometimes instead of sitting, she wants to stand up,hands holding on the play gym. And if I don't let her stand, she will start to sing her very high pitch saprono. I really have to give in to this little baby girl!!

Shoes

Myself and sister bought same pairs of shoes during CNY. And recently we went out together wearing them. Guess which one is mine? ^_^

Giant Strawberry

I have one colg who has "lobang" to get in some imported strawberries with the price cheaper by about 30% less than the market.
Myself being crazy of strawberries, ordered one pack from her. And last night, I did a small strawberry fondue party with my sister and Bb-G! Papa-M was still in the office :)

They are very big, fresh and crunchy.

I soaked in water (added with some enzyme to get rid of insectiside) before eat.

Dip in the hot chocolate .....simply delicious!

Bb-G was so curios too, want to explore this giant red berry. Look a bit artificial, more like a toy....

The strawberry is even bigger than Bb-G's palm! She smelled the fruit

She could not resist, immediately put into the mouth

Sister and I put her into the walker and we wallop everything. Bb-G still pestered us for more ...

This is my sister, enjoying herself.

See she ate till this stage, I should ask her not to wipe off the chocolate before I snapped this photo. LOL!
