Can't Sleep Without Pillow

My sister is already 19 years old. Whenever she sleeps, she definitely MUST HAVE her pillow. My daughter is 1 year plus, when she sleeps , she also NEEDS her pillow.
So when both of them sleep together on the same bed, this will happen.

Pasta

Yesterday I cooked pasta as dinner for Bb-G. Her first time eating pasta. I was a bit lazy, therefore I let her self feed, while I was eating my dinner and watching TV ^_^

I bought animal shape pasta, made from rice, corn, beetroot and vegetable.

Since the pasta had already packed with so much nutrients, I only fried some salmon fish cube, and gravy them with tomato sauce.
I asked Bg-G if she liked my pasta or not, she gave me such and "ugly" expression.

Like mother like daughter, Bb-G watched TV while having her dinner.

Actually she enjoyed the pasta, she finsihed one whole plate. I shall cook for her again... maybe add some cheese for her. She loves Laughing Cow cheese cubes a lot!

CNY Lunch

Last week our department went out for a CNY lunch at this restaurant - Delicious.

These are the food we ordered.

Mine, duck confit spaghetini

Colg's smoked salmon carbonara

Colg's spaghetti bolognaise

Colg's pomelo salad with roast duck

Colg's fish & chips

Manager ordered this to share, don't the name, but the middle cup is pate, I don't like it.

We took some cakes as dessert too, but I forgot to take the photos. A good lunch to pre-celebrate CNY!

Rubber Band

When my ahyi is free and got nothing to do, and when she saw or discovered some rubber bands at my mummy's house, she will do this to me.

Cute or not ar???

Brother & Sisters

My brother asked my sister to follow him to shop for CNY clothes on last week Thaipusam day. His wife had to work. I also tagged along, together with Bb-G, because my husband had to work too. So, it was the siblings’ gathering day!
We went to Mid Valley megamall, and it was full of people. Since I took Bb-G in her stroller, it was difficult for me to pass through the crowded lanes. Luckily I did my shopping days before, if not, I would surely never get to buy anything in such heavy crowd environment. (SIDETRACK: Nowadays, I like to shop during working days after lunch. Near to my office there are lots of retail boutiques selling trendy clothing imported from Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Easier to shop that way, without crowds and most importantly without Bb-G ^_^)
Actually I did not intend to buy anything, but managed to get one shirt for my uncle and one Mandarin Color top for my dad. Brother bought shirts and pants too. Sister was looking for shoes, but was not in the mood to hunt for her desired designs once she saw sooooooo many people.
We took our lunch in the mall too.

I asked brother to check if my face appeared in the camera screen, he said YES, so I SNAPPED. End result .ARRRRRRGGGG!!

2nd shot. I asked him to check again, he said YES again, so I SNAPPED. Luckily my face could squeeze in, if not, brother sure kena from me.

While we were having fun, Bb-G was snoring away……

The pasta – RM9.95 per set, all came with drink. Bolognaise for sister, mine is peppercorn, brother took curry. One pizza to share.

After lunch Bb-G woke up, and we straight back home.

New Clothes

I always wash before wearing new clothes. Same to Bb-G's new clothes too.

Can't wait to wear my new dress,I like the yellow dress the most. And can't wait to let Bb-G wear this red dress. I am quite a traditional lady, when it comes to CNY, red dress for my child is a must, but not to myself, haha!

This is another denim for Bb-G.I think she will look good in it.

Besides buying clothes for myself and Bb-G, (as usual for every year) I bought a beige golden blouse and a pair of cream leggings for my mother, I bought another red blouse and black leggings for my MIL too.

I still need to shop for my dad, dad-in-law and my bachelor uncle. Papa-M said he will shop on his own. One more week to go before CNY! YAY!

Malay Stalls

When I wake up with good mood , I usually will buy some nice breakfast to start the day. Just like today, I bought Malay nasi goreng, top up with one sausage and one egg. Added a little bit of sambal to spice up the rice.

Near my office there are 3 malay food stalls. 2 stalls , "A" & "B" are selling mix rice and the other one , "C" , is to order and serve. "A" stall is owned by an old makcik with very good cooking skills. Most of the time, when I feel like eating Malay nasi campur, I will always go to her. "B" stall is owned by a Malay couple. Normally I will go there if I want to eat nasi lemak. Their nasi lemak is super nice. "C" stall is when I have the mood, I shall go there since normally we are required to wait a while before the food can be served.
Within these 3 stalls, there is one particular Malay lady worker. She is in her middle age. At first she worked in the "B" stall, then she quit and joined "A" stall. She quit again and join "C" stall. But this morning I saw her in the "B" stall. I wonder how come the owners of these 3 stalls would hire a hop-around worker.

Anyway, this was my breakfast
Later during lunchtime I shall go to shop for Bb-G's clothes. There is a Parkson Grand opposite my office and currently having SALES!! YAY!
