The Wedding In Penang

Papa-M's second aunt's daughter married to a Caucasion, and if I am not mistaken he is a German. However, cousin sister and her angmoh husband stay in Norway. They registered their marriage last year and planned to have a proper wedding ceremony in Malaysia on the 2nd day of 2014 CNY, taking the opportunity of all relatives who would be gathered around during the festive season.

So early in morning of the wedding, most of us were at the second aunt's house. Since the groom was all alone by himself , the males in the family (all the brothers and cousin brothers) were his "heng dai" , and Papa-M was one of them

Tea ceremony and photo taking session took place shortly after the groom reached the bride's house. Of course we got him to say some romatic words to the bride before he was allowed to see her. After all the day activities finished which included litting up the firecrackers, we went back to the hotel and took our rest before we went for the wedding dinner.

   


































The wedding dinner was at The Mansion. I like the ambience very much. Besides having our spread of buffet, we took a lot of photos! 

Papa-M congratulated the groom, oh ya...the angmoh groom is a Chinese martial art expert and he is Papa-M's "SIFU" .....hahaha
