Friday, 19/10/2012, Perth

We had a family outing on this day, but without sis-in-law's hubby, he was working.
We went for dimsum in the morning, I should say that was our breakfast+lunch. Had the meal at a Chinese restaurant in Northbridge (Chinatown)

The dimsum was just ok to my taste....

As soon as we finished our food, we drove to Hillary's Harbour, and then stopped by at the seaside to take photo...again, I was amazed with the beautiful blue sea and white sands

Then,  we drove towards Sorento Quay Boardwalk, which,  it is just on the ocean

At this place we could found many stalls and shops selling all sorts of items, and a wide variety of restaurants

Boats/yachts could be seen too. Gorgeous place ......

Mom-in-law with the 3 kids, going towards a playground

Bb-G enjoyed playing with sands...

Papa-M and his siblings

Me, with Papa-M and mom-in-law. It started to drizzle ...the while spots were actually rain water drops

We had hard time to get the kids out from the playground.... the only thing to make them stopped playing was buying them ice cream!

Kids, they were always the happiest when we went "gai gai"..., playing nose pinching game

After the ice-cream we went into a shop, having 50% clearance sales. Papa-M bought himselves some shirts, a cap and handicrafts. He bought for me a genuine kangaroo skin leather wallet and coin pouch.
Finished shopping, we drove back home, and had steamboat as our dinner.

We did secret plan to surprise mom-in-law. We secretly bought her a birthday cake during the day time, and when towards end of the dinner, we switched off the lights , took out the cake and sang birthday song. She was overwhelmed when Uncle TH passed her a present

Cake blowing... I wondered who actually blew off the candle, mom-in-law ? or Bb-G ? haha
It was an apple strudle. Tasty,,,

"Cake" cutting ceremony

Grandparents with all her cucu. Mom-in-law felt very touched, I believe...

A family potrait

Her present - Samsung Galaxy Tab, shared by all children. Actually she had been thinking to get an tablet, the children fulfilled her birthday wish..

(To be continued)
